My goodness the weather has been crazy here lately. One day it is in the 70's and the next day it is 90+. Then to top it of the storms have been unbelievable also. They say if you hear a train sound comming from the clouds that it is a sign of a tornado. We heard that Friday. Wow, the winds really blowed hard but no touch down here. After it passed there were two rainbows.

Tornados are SO scary! Glad it didn't touch down near ya'll. We lived just outside of Tampa for a short while years ago and the second night we were there it started storming pretty bad. I was just getting into bed when I heard a train - loud and I freaked out. We got in the closet and the train sound went on and on for almost 10 minutes. It was terrifying. The next morning I was talking to a neighbor about the tornado and she laughed and showed me the train tracks that ran behind our house. They were behind some trees and I had not noticed them when we rented the house LOL So I did hear a train! But we didn't need to spend half the night in the closet LOL After that I always wondered how we would know if a real tornado was coming. Years later a tornado destroyed a corner of the motel we'd evacuated to during Hurricane Ivan and it really did sound like a train - even over the roar of the wind from the hurricane. Very scary!
